Qualification: Graduate in Law (pref. 5 year course) from reputed colleges / universities; Diploma / specialized course in IP laws will be an added advantage; expert knowledge / experience in handling TM registry related work is a must
Key Skills: Expert in IP prosecution practice & drafting skills, Registry / Tribunal- filings & Procedures and appearance.
Job Description
Handle all aspects of Trademarks / Copyrights registration; to independently draft, finalize, settle and file applications, responses, affidavits, counters, oppositions, evidences etc. with various judicial forums and where required appear and effectively argue on IP matters before the Examiners / IPAT etc. and brief counsels / senior counsels when required.
