Position: Secretary In TM
Location: Key member in the TM team at Gurgaon
Required*: Exposure and experience in TM shall be preferred
Desired Skills and Experience: –
- Experience of around 2-3 years or more
- The candidate must be working in an IP firm doing purely ‘trademark’
- Trademark work handled by the candidate must include “filing trademarks, searching trademarks, responding to official actions, file maintenance, renewals, drafting oppositions, portfolio management” etc.
- Shorthand experience is an added qualification, but not mandatory
- Education: Qualification: Graduation
- Good academic record and analytical skills
- Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm Good relationship skills
- Remuneration: as per industry standards
